Extra travel and expenses will be billed as incurred

Full Individual BoS Life Plan

Services completed with each client:

	Situation analysis and goal setting
	Personal organizational chart
	Life map tour with the focus on the three major aspects of life
	'Life to Date' assessment (with up to 6 data gathering interviews with others)
	Normed assessment package
	BoS spreadsheet analysis of needs and desires
	Opportunity development, prioritization and action
	Clear and flexible BoS Life Plan
	Approximately 30 meeting hours

Full BoS Program = $12,000

Limited Individual BoS Life Plan

Services completed with each client:

	Situation analysis and goal setting
	'Life to Date' assessment (with 1 - 3 data gathering interviews with peers, friends or family)
	BoS spreadsheet analysis of needs and desires
	Opportunity development and prioritization
	Clear and flexible BoS Life Plan
	Approximately 15 meeting hours
